just saw this ad on the train, and it made me so fucking mad i turned to my friend and said “this makes me so fucking mad! i’m gonna blog about it!” And she’s like “do it! blog about about it!”
so umm yah.. here I go I guess… *blogs about it.*
Srsly though, its super fucking offensive to me because of 2 things:
a) the insinuation of hypocrisy on my part, and on the part of other omnivorous human beings like me for owning and loving a furry creature
b) the premise that not eating meat entails compassion, and therefore people like me lack it?OIC. So you vegans are gonna get all up in my face, when I aint bothering you, to tell me I lack compassion?
Aiight, that’s coo. So I guess cha know what? I’m not even gonna get into my problems with vegan diets for nutritional and scientific reasons. Instead, I’m just gonna tell you that for every animal you don’t eat, I’m gonna eat two. JUST TO MAKE SURE THE BALANCE IS MAINTAINED, AND YOUR EFFORTS ARE NULLIFIED. HOW’S THAT? WHY WOULD I DO SUCH A THING? OH NO REASON. JUST CAUSE I’M A BITCH. YOU’VE ALREADY PIGEONHOLED ME AND DECIDED THAT ALREADY, SO WHAT’S TO GO A STEP FURTHER TO REALLY SEAL THE DEAL, RIGHT? ^_^
